Themed Cocktail

Vintage Violet

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Violette
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • 3 dashes lavender bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake for 15 seconds.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously for another 15 seconds.
  3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. 4Allow the foam to settle and rise.
  5. 5Add bitters in a decorative dot pattern on top of the foam and garnish.
