Themed Cocktail

The Federalist

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz rye whiskey
  • 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Benedictine
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until properly chilled and slightly diluted.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
