Themed Cocktail

Awesome Mix Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, raspberry liqueur, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
  2. 2Dry shake without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. 3Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
  4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  5. 5Dot the foam with Peychaud's bitters and drag a toothpick through for a pattern.
