  • Drink Twice — Bertha is deliberately excluded from an Old New York social event or invitation list

Themed Cocktail

Fifth Avenue Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz cognac
  • 0.5 oz Grand Marnier
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz brut champagne

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine cognac, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake briefly for 8 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  4. 4Top slowly with brut champagne.
