Barry Island Breeze

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Welsh gin
  • 1 oz elderflower cordial
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz tonic water
  • 0.5 oz crème de mûre

Instructions:

  1. 1Add gin, elderflower cordial, and lemon juice to a highball glass with ice.
  2. 2Top with tonic water and stir gently.
