Ingredients:

  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz agave nectar
  • 2 dashes mole bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine tequila, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  4. 4Top with mole bitters.
