Themed Cocktail

Neapolitan Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.25 oz fresh blood orange juice
  • 1 strip blood orange peel

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and blood orange juice in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 25-30 rotations until well chilled and properly diluted.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. 4Express the blood orange peel over the glass to release the oils.
  5. 5Drop the peel into the glass as garnish.
