The Rules

  • Sip — Vlad Dracula's reputation as the Impaler is mentioned and enemies go pale
  • Sip — Vlad uses his new vampire powers to destroy an entire Ottoman unit by himself
  • Sip — Mirena begs Vlad to find another way before he does something he cannot take back
  • Sip — Mehmed delivers an ultimatum and Vlad's jaw tightens visibly
  • Sip — The Master Vampire in the mountain offers Vlad power with strings clearly attached
  • Drink Twice — Vlad loses control of his bloodlust and the camera lingers on his expression
  • Drink Twice — Vlad's Transylvanian soldiers see what he's become and freeze in fear

Themed Cocktail

Impaler's Oath

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 0.5 oz blackberry liqueur
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz pomegranate juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine dark rum, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a goblet over ice.
  4. 4Add Angostura bitters on top without stirring.
  5. 5Serve deep red and brooding.
