Downhill Racer Drinking Game + Cocktail

  • Drink Twice — Chappellet pushes his body past the point of safety to gain a fraction of a second
  • Drink Twice — Coach Clare and Chappellet argue about the difference between team and self

Themed Cocktail

Alpine Descent

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Austrian Gruner Veltliner
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme

Instructions:

  1. 1Add thyme sprig and elderflower liqueur to a stemless wine glass and press lightly.
  2. 2Fill the glass with ice.
  3. 3Pour in the Gruner Veltliner and fresh lemon juice.
  4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir once.
  5. 5Leave the thyme in to slowly infuse while drinking.
