Themed Cocktail

The Beverly Hills Betty

Ingredients:

2 oz gin
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz yellow Chartreuse
0.5 oz peach liqueur
0.25 oz honey syrup
2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

1Chill coupe glass with ice
2Add all ingredients to shaker with ice
3Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds
4Double strain into chilled coupe glass
5Express lemon twist over drink and discard
