The Grand Jeté

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz pear brandy
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz brut champagne

Instructions:

  1. 1Pour pear brandy, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice into a champagne flute.
  2. 2Gently top with brut champagne.
  3. 3Give one very gentle stir.
  4. 4Serve immediately while bubbly.
