Themed Cocktail
Lady Whistledown's Blush
Ingredients:
- 3 oz rosé sparkling wine
- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 fresh raspberries for garnish
- 1 edible rose petal for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Combine elderflower liqueur, raspberry syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake briefly for 6 seconds and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- 3Top with rosé sparkling wine and do not stir.
- 4Drop three raspberries in and float an edible rose petal on the surface.
