Themed Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz maple syrup
  • 0.5 oz peach schnapps
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 oz ginger beer
Instructions:
  1. 1Fill Collins glass with ice
  2. 2Combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, peach schnapps, and bitters in shaker
  3. 3Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
  4. 4Strain into ice-filled Collins glass
  5. 5Top with ginger beer and gently stir
