Themed Cocktail
The Bronx Beat
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz passion fruit juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz demerara syrup
- 2 oz ginger beer
Instructions:
- 1Shake rum, passion fruit, lime juice, and demerara syrup with ice.
- 2Strain into a highball glass with ice.
- 3Top with ginger beer.
