The Moscow Waltz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Russian vodka
  • 0.75 oz Chambord
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz sparkling wine

Instructions:

  1. 1Shake vodka, Chambord, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. 3Top with sparkling wine.
