Ingredients:

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Averna amaro
  • 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine rye, Averna, sweet vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 30 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
