  • Sip — The Caterpillar blows smoke rings
  • Drink Twice — Alice falls through the rabbit hole
  • Drink Twice — The Mad Hatter sings 'A Very Merry Unbirthday'
  • Drink Twice — Playing cards paint the roses red
  • Shot — The Cheshire Cat's grin floats alone in midair
  • Shot — The Queen of Hearts turns bright red with rage
  • Chug — Alice awakens from her dream under the tree

Mad Hatter's Tea Party

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Earl Grey-infused gin
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 0.25 oz creme de violette
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 oz champagne
Instructions:
  1. 1Add gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, creme de violette, and bitters to shaker
  2. 2Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  3. 3Double strain into glass filled with fresh ice
  4. 4Top with champagne
