Tallahassee's Twinkie

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 1 oz vanilla cream liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 1 tsp powdered sugar

Instructions

1. 1Combine dark rum, vanilla cream liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
3. 3Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
4. 4Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until lightly thickened and float over the top
5. 5Garnish with a Twinkie resting across the rim of the glass
