Lasso of Truth

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Champagne-based sparkling wine
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz rose syrup
• 0.25 oz raspberry liqueur
• 2 oz prosecco float

Instructions

1. 1Combine elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and rose syrup in a shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
2. 2Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
3. 3Pour sparkling wine over the back of a spoon to fill three-quarters of the glass.
4. 4Float raspberry liqueur on top and top with a gentle prosecco pour.
5. 5Garnish with a twisted gold lemon peel draped over the rim of the glass.
