Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz amaretto
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz club soda
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the amaretto and honey are fully integrated
3. 3Strain into a lowball glass over a large clear ice cube
4. 4Top with club soda and stir gently twice
5. 5The drink should be caramel-gold and smell of almond and citrus
6. 6Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on a pick and a small lemon peel twist
