The Trimaran

Ingredients

• 2 oz aged rum
• 1 oz coconut water
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz falernum
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, coconut water, lime juice, falernum, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 15 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a tiki mug or rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Top with a small float of dark rum over the back of a spoon.
5. 5Garnish with a lime husk and a sprig of seaweed-style herb such as dill.
