Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz lychee liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower cordial
• 1.5 oz sparkling water
• 1 tsp blue pea flower syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, lychee liqueur, lemon juice, and elderflower cordial in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a clean white coupe glass.
