Red's Golden Scissors

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz Aperol
• 0.75 oz blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, Aperol, blood orange juice, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and stir once gently.
4. 4Garnish with a blood orange half-wheel and a pair of tiny cocktail scissors pick if available.
