Tucker's Wood Chipper Wheat

Ingredients

• 12 oz cold wheat beer
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Chill a large pint glass thoroughly in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. 2Add ice to the glass and combine peach schnapps, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters.
3. 3Top with cold wheat beer and stir gently from the bottom.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon wedge and a tiny cocktail umbrella stuck into the foam.
