Ingredients

2 oz rye whiskey
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
0.25 oz cherry liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel

Instructions

1Combine rye, sweet vermouth, and cherry liqueur in a mixing glass with ice.
2Add bitters and stir for 20 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Express orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
