TrueBlood Sunrise

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 1 oz blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz grenadine
• 3 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Combine dark rum, blood orange juice, hibiscus syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over ice.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and do not stir.
4. 4Drizzle grenadine down the inside of the glass so it pools at the bottom like a TrueBlood bottle.
5. 5Garnish with a blood orange wheel — it looks like what's in the bottle at Fangtasia.
