Ingredients

• 1.5 oz silver tequila
• 0.75 oz citrus syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.25 oz blue pea flower syrup
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, citrus syrup, lime juice, and Cointreau in a shaker with ice and shake 12 seconds.
2. 2Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Drip blue pea flower syrup into the center of the glass without stirring — watch it bloom.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wheel and a chrome-colored metallic cocktail pick.
