Second Chance Spork

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz mango puree
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 2 oz coconut water
• 1 tsp honey

Instructions

1. 1Dissolve honey in coconut water by stirring in a small bowl until fully mixed.
2. 2Combine coconut rum, mango puree, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and honey-coconut water in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a mason jar or rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Stir once gently from the bottom.
5. 5Garnish with a spork handle sticking out of the glass and a wedge of fresh mango on the rim.
