Ingredients

2 oz dark rum
1 oz cold brew coffee
0.75 oz coconut cream
0.5 oz demerara syrup
2 oz tonic water

Instructions

1Combine rum, cold brew, coconut cream, and demerara syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake hard for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.
4Top with tonic water and stir gently.
