Maverick's P-51

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz peach bitters liqueur
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, peach liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and stir once.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon wheel and a wooden cocktail pick in the shape of an aircraft or a simple lemon spiral.
