Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz Chambord
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, Chambord, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the raspberry and honey are integrated
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
4. 4Top with sparkling water and drop bitters on top
5. 5The Chambord gives a deep berry sweetness that softens the bourbon
6. 6Garnish with a lemon twist and three fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick
