Inspired by The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark aged rum
- 0.5 oz allspice dram
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz demerara syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions
- 1Add rum, allspice dram, lime juice, demerara syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel and a cinnamon stick standing upright like the tower of Barad-dûr.
