2 oz dry sparkling rosé
1 oz elderflower liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz raspberry syrup
3 oz champagne or prosecco
4 fresh raspberries

Instructions

1Muddle raspberries gently in the bottom of a champagne flute.
2Add elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup and stir to combine.
3Pour in the sparkling rosé.
4Top with champagne or prosecco.
5Garnish with a single fresh raspberry dropped into the flute.
