Ingredients

2 oz mezcal
0.75 oz Aperol
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz agave syrup
2 dashes mole bitters

Instructions

1Combine mezcal, Aperol, lime juice, and agave syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
2Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a single large cube.
4Add two dashes of mole bitters on top.
