Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Orange peel for garnish
Instructions
- 1Combine gin, Amaro Montenegro, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
- 4Express an orange peel over the surface.
- 5Bitter and complex. Like the ending you didn't expect to feel things about.
