The Prancing Pony Pint

Ingredients

• 12 oz dark ale
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz apple cider vinegar
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 0.5 oz aged rum float

Instructions

1. 1Pour dark ale into a large pint glass or tankard, leaving an inch of space at the top.
2. 2Add honey syrup, apple cider vinegar, and bitters and stir once gently.
3. 3Float aged rum over the back of a spoon on the surface.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon wedge squeezed and dropped into the glass and a sprig of fresh rosemary crossed over the rim.
