1.5 oz limoncello
0.5 oz gin
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
4 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1Muddle basil in a shaker.
2Add limoncello, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice.
3Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a highball glass over ice.
4Top with sparkling water.
5Garnish with a basil leaf and a lemon wheel — bella, just like Rome.
