The Bent-Neck Lady

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 0.5 oz blackberry liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 1 tsp black salt for rim
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Rim a coupe glass with black salt using a lemon wedge.
2. 2Combine dark rum, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, and hibiscus syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds until deeply chilled.
4. 4Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.
5. 5Drop two dashes of Angostura into the center without stirring — it bleeds like the house wants it to.
