Ingredients

2 oz spiced rum
1 oz passion fruit puree
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
0.5 oz grenadine
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ginger beer to top

Instructions

1Fill Collins glass with crushed ice
2Combine rum, passion fruit, lime juice, cinnamon syrup, and bitters in shaker
3Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
4Strain into prepared glass
5Float grenadine down the side of the glass
6Top with ginger beer
