The Hall Storm

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz blue pea flower tea, chilled
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes cardamom bitters
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, blue pea flower tea, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cardamom bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds — watch the color shift with lemon acid.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Garnish with a lemon wheel frozen into an ice cube for presentation.
