Marty's Collapsible Bong-garita

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila reposado
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 0.5 oz Ancho Reyes verde
• 1 tsp smoked sea salt (for rim)
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with smoked sea salt using a lime wedge.
2. 2Combine tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and Ancho Reyes verde in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain over a large ice cube into the prepared glass.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
