The Tesseract

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz blue butterfly pea flower syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz sparkling water (top)
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, blue butterfly pea flower syrup, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a coupe glass
3. 3Observe the color shift as the lemon juice reacts with the butterfly pea flower to turn purple
4. 4Top with sparkling water
5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist coiled to mimic the Tesseract cube shape
