Ingredients

2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz honey syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Dry shake Scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white without ice for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again vigorously for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4Dash bitters across the foam top.
