Rebecca's Biscuit

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Lillet Blanc
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 0.25 oz vanilla syrup
• 1 lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine Lillet Blanc, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake briefly for 8 seconds and strain into a wine glass over ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir once gently.
4. 4Float a lemon wheel on the surface to garnish.
