Jungle Canopy Swinger

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 1 oz coconut water
• 0.25 oz hibiscus syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and coconut water in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. 3Pour unstrained into a tiki mug or rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Drizzle hibiscus syrup over the top in a vine-like curved pattern.
5. 5Garnish with a large pineapple leaf standing upright and a chunk of fresh coconut on the rim.
