The Double Idol

Inspired by Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1.5 oz gold rum
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Demerara syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. 1Combine both rums, lime juice, Demerara syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  3. 3Stir once to integrate.
  4. 4Serve cold.
