El Psy Kongroo

Ingredients

• 2 oz Japanese whisky
• 1 oz yuzu juice
• 0.5 oz matcha syrup
• 3 oz tonic water
• 0.25 oz honey

Instructions

1. 1Dissolve honey in yuzu juice by stirring.
2. 2Add whisky and matcha syrup to a highball glass with ice.
3. 3Pour in the yuzu-honey mixture.
4. 4Top with tonic water and stir gently.
