The Crait Crystal Fox

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz lychee syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 pinch red hibiscus salt (for rim)

Instructions

1. 1Rim a coupe glass with red hibiscus salt to mimic the red mineral surface of Crait
2. 2Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, lychee syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and double-strain into the prepared coupe
4. 4Garnish with a thin lychee half floating on the surface like a crystal fox print
5. 5Serve immediately — like Luke, it will not last long once it appears
