The Endor Bonfire

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz allspice dram
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Orange peel for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, allspice dram, honey syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
4. 4Add the bitters on top of the ice.
5. 5Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
6. 6Garnish with a cinnamon stick laid across the rim like a fallen Endor log.
