Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 0.5 oz Chartreuse
• 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 barspoon absinthe

Instructions

1. 1Rinse the rocks glass with absinthe and discard the excess.
2. 2Combine rye, Chartreuse, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
3. 3Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
4. 4Strain into the prepared glass over a large ice cube and add bitters.
